Star Treatment

I’m sitting in the Cotswolds at Thyme. A beautiful place surrounded by history, architecture and gardens.

I’m here in the restaurant having breakfast. I over heard staff say “star treatment.”There is a team of people in the middle of the room. One of them is Kathryn Ireland. A wonderful designer known all over the world.

I sit opposite her. I don’t think I’m the one getting the star treatment. :) That’s ok. I’m thankful for that.

I think of the past experience when I asked a celebrity for an autograph. I’ll never do that again.

I’m reminded by the fact that I am in this beautiful place and owe it all to God. Every single detail here is owed to God. God gave gifts to everyone here on Earth. The gift of design is this famous woman’s gift from God.

We need to be sure we are giving God the glory. Are we giving Him “Star Treatment?”

Let’s make sure that for absolutely everything here on Earth we are bowing down to Him and not the idols of this World.
