Another vibrant city. Particularly on this day….Matriculation Day for Oxford students which marks your formal admission to the University. The formal dress is sub fusc.

Full academic dress. Many sightings of champagne hidden in their formal dress!! A huge celebration for these students.

FYI, there are 36 colleges within Oxford University.

Bodleian Library….some may recognize this from a famous series of books??

The preservation of these books is quite tedious as you can imagine. Each book has cardboard between them so they don’t rub up against each other.
